Policy and Operating Standards

GWForce clearly defines its role and boundaries.

GWForce explains consultation, intake, handling records, personal information handling, and service boundaries within post-arrival management support.

01

GWForce Role

GWForce supports interpretation, hospital accompaniment, public office visit support, housing life support, schedule checks, document organization, and monthly reports for legally assigned and employed foreign seasonal workers.

02

What GWForce Does Not Do

GWForce does not engage in worker selection, brokerage, recruitment, dispatch, staffing, labor supply, job placement, employment agency work, or worker fee collection.

03

Operating Support Scope

Consultation and operating support do not replace administrative approvals, contract formation, or legal judgment. Licensed or registered professionals are used when required.

Privacy

Personal Information Handling

GWForce checks the minimum information needed for consultation and field support intake and uses it within the provided purpose.

  • Consultation may include name, contact information, affiliation, region, crop or business type, worker count, inquiry purpose, housing condition, and language needs provided by the user.
  • Collected information is used for consultation, support scope review, follow-up contact, handling record guidance, and monthly operations reports.
  • GWForce does not request information beyond what is needed for consultation and management checks.
  • Requests for personal information review or correction can be made through the contact channel.

Sensitive Information

Photos, Documents, and Medical-related Information

Housing photos, identity-related documents, and medical-related information are checked only when necessary and with limited access.

  • Sensitive information may be included during medical accompaniment, insurance document checks, and public office visit support.
  • Photos, documents, and medical-related details are checked only within the handling purpose and necessary staff scope.
  • Unnecessary sensitive information is not requested, and confirmation steps are used when needed.
  • Tasks that require licensed or registered professionals are connected with appropriate professionals or registered agencies.

Service Scope

Post-arrival Field Management Scope

GWForce provides operating support to reduce recurring management tasks for farms.

  • Farm consultations check worker count, region, housing condition, language needs, and hospital or public office visit support needs.
  • Worker guidance covers post-arrival housing rules, hospital use, farm notices, and counseling contact standards.
  • Public office support reviews visit schedules, required documents, accompaniment, interpretation, and handling record scope.
  • After consultation, the support scope is organized based on provided information and relevant party standards.

Role Boundaries

Legal Boundaries and Responsibilities

Each party's role is separated to reduce field confusion and make required checks clear.

  • GWForce does not perform worker selection, brokerage, recruitment, dispatch, staffing, labor supply, job placement, or employment agency work.
  • Farm employers remain responsible for employment conditions, wage payments, housing and living conditions, and work safety according to relevant procedures.
  • Workers are expected to understand the provided living standards, field rules, and contact standards.
  • Public offices, medical institutions, and testing institutions follow their own procedures and judgments.
  • Contracts, approvals, administrative decisions, and legal judgments are not handled by consultation alone and require the relevant party or institution process.

Before Consultation

Information to Prepare

Preparing key information before consultation helps define the support scope and next steps.

  • Farm employers prepare region, crop or business type, worker count, housing condition, and the most difficult current issue.
  • Hospital or public office visit needs, housing issues, required languages, and preferred consultation method should be organized.
  • Workers prepare post-arrival guidance questions, basic contact information, and counseling topics.
  • For public office support, prepare visit purpose, required documents, interpretation needs, and preferred accompaniment schedule.

Operating Standard
